1. How many coronavirus-related deaths there have been to date in the old peoples’ homes run by your local authority. Please ensure this is broken down by individual  home, listing the home name and death total. Where low numbers could risk potential identification, please indicate this with <5.
2. How many coronavirus-related deaths there have been to date in the old peoples’ homes run by private providers within your council area and who have reported these deaths to your local authority. Please ensure this is broken down by home, listing the home name and death total. Where low numbers could risk potential identification, please indicate this with <5.

1. Moray does not have any local authority run care homes.

2. In accordance with Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (and as requested) we can advise that the requested information is withheld due to low numbers (<5) and the related risk of allowing those individuals to be identified.
