FOI Request - One Scotland Gazetteer (OSG) Conventions

I understand the (One-Scotland Gazetteer) Conventions inform the Council's systems.
I should be grateful for your help with:
1) The date in May when the OSG advised that Version 4.3 was 'live';
2) Your email point of contact for discussion of problems with the text.

1) The compliance date for the OSG Conventions (version 4) was initial set for the 1 July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic it has been agreed to extend this deadline for compliance to February 2021.

2) The email point of contact regarding the One Scotland Gazetteer (OSG) Conventions is llpg@moray.gov.uk

Additionally, under our duty to be helpful we can advise that we are currently transitioning from the OSG Conventions (version 2) to OSG Conventions (version 4) and subsequent SDTF formats. As amendments to the  OSG Conventions are made either for addressing or streets we always refer to the latest published documents available on the One Scotland Gazetteer website (https://osg.scot/) under the  'Library' section. Notification of amendments may come direct from the Improvement Service, One Scotland Gazetteer (OSG)  or from the respective working groups, either addressing or streets.
