Please accept this request for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, relating to the local authority and the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe's Revised European Charter on the Participation of Young People in Local and Regional Life.

My request for information is as follows:
- Does the local authority have a position on the implementation of the Revised European Charter on the Participation of Young People in Local and Regional Life?
- Has the local authority referenced the Revised European Charter on the Participation of Young People in Local and Regional Life in any relevant documentation?

The Revised European Charter on the Participation of Young People in Local and Regional Life was referenced and taken into consideration during sessions to plan and develop an approach in response to Moray's Public Authority Reporting Duty on Children's Rights.

Due to the current situation the publishing of Moray's report has had to be postponed but The Revised European Charter on the Participation of Young People in Local and Regional Life has been taken into consideration and will be directly referenced within this document.
