FOI Request - Care Home Spending

My request relates to care home spending, and is as follows:

1) What is the total amount of money the council has paid to care homes between 01.12.2019-01.03.2020

2) What is the total amount of money the council has paid to care homes between 01.03.2020-01.06.2020

If you still feel a substantive response is not possible, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification and if the dates to not directly correspond with the dates you use, please feel free to provide dates that correspond as closely as possible with those given dates.

1) Because of the way payments are made and recorded by the Council it is currently not possible to specify the amount paid specifically between the requested dates of  01.12.2019-01.03.2020 (information exempt from disclosure in accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information not held). Under our duty to be helpful we can advise that The Council paid £2,803,503.60 between 25.11.19 - 01.03.20. 

2) Because of the way payments are made and recorded by the Council it is currently not possible to specify the amount paid specifically between the requested dates of  01.03.2020-01.06.2020 (information exempt from disclosure in accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information not held).
