FOI Request - Schools Reopening

I would like to request the following information under freedom of information legislation:
• Any general plans relating to the reopening of primary and secondary schools in this local authority on 11 August. These plans might include social distancing measures being introduced, any timetabling system to have alternate pupils in schools on different days, or any additional recruitment of teaching staff. If there are no local authority-wide plans for the reopening of schools on this date, as individuals schools are determining their own arrangements, then please state this.
• The number of schools in this local authority that you anticipate will be unable to reopen on this date.

Our plan for school recovery is attached here. This was created as a contingency plan prior to the announced expectation that children would possibly return 100% pending an announcement on 30 July.  Due to the size, staffing and other variables across our schools, there are variable contingency plans which have been shared by HTs to parents/carers.  We are currently finalising our workplace planning to ensure that we have sufficient staff depending on whether staff will still be shielding for any reason.

We expect all schools to open in August.
