FOI Request - Covid-19 Deaths

I write to request the number of deaths from Covid-19/coronavirus or presumed Covid-19/coronavirus that are under investigation by your council.
Please also state the number of deaths reported to (a) the fiscal and (b) police.
And please state the setting for the death i.e. care home.

Because the Council does not investigate Covid-19 related deaths, we can advise under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 that the requested information is not held.
