FOI Request - Covid-19 Financial Impact

I would like to make the following request under Freedom of Information legislation:

The total value of the impact of covid-19 for your Council, as submitted on the Cosla COVID-19 Financial Impacts Template.  This should be the revised version prepared after the Directors of Finance verification process carried out week commencing 4 May 2020.  If no revision was submitted then, the total value from the original template submitted for the deadline of 24 April 2020 is requested.

The figures requested are (cumulative value of Recurring and One Off) from the ‘Summary Sheet’ worksheet:

 
A) Total - Mobilisation Costs in £'000
B) Other Costs (which includes lost income) in £'000
C) Reduced Cost as a result of COVID-19 in £'000
D) Total Estimated Impact [A) + B) - C)] in £'000
