For each of the five years, the number of non-disclosure agreements signed between Moray Council or any related body and its employees or former employees – including information on any severance payment associated with the signing of such an agreement and any information held on the reason why a non-disclosure agreement was sought.

Due to the very low numbers involved, disclosing the level of detail requested would risk identifying individuals and is therefore exempt under section 38(1)b, personal information, and section 36(2)(b), confidentiality, of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

However, in order to be helpful we can advise that limited information is available in response to previous requests covering these periods: 2015/16 to 2018/19.
