For each of the past five financial years, (i.e. 2015/16 – 2019/20)
1. The number of care needs assessment requests that have been received.
2. The mean and maximum waiting time between a request for an assessment and the assessment being carried out.
3. The number of people who received a care needs assessment, if possible broken down by age and sex
4. The number of people assessed as having i) critical and ii) substantial need, if possible broken down by age and sex.
5. The mean and maximum time that individuals assessed as having i) critical and, ii) substantial need waited for delivery of services.
6. The number of people assessed as having i) critical and, ii) substantial need who waited for more than six weeks for delivery of services.
7. The total number of people receiving care services who had been assessed as having i) critical and ii) substantial needs.
