As the requested information is not recorded one system, in order to provide all the details requested would cost the Council in excess of £600 as manual examination of individual cases is required. In accordance with section 10(4)(b) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations, 'manifestly unreasonable', we are therefore unable to provide this.

We can, however, provide the total number of complaints broken down by domestic/ non domestic source:
