EIR Request - Noise Complaints 2018 and 2019

The number of noise complaints received in the area the local authority covers, and also what these complaints are in relation to, for example, dogs barking at night, or unsociable behaviour etc. The time period both these elements need to cover is: 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2019.
Please could you provide the information in an excel document if at all possible?

Please find a partial response to your request attached here, you will see that sources have been listed. As the requested information is not recorded one system, in order to provide the details of all complaints would cost the Council in excess of £600 as manual examination of individual cases is required. In accordance with section 10(4)(b) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations, 'manifestly unreasonable', we are therefore unable to provide this.
