1. Your Council’s spending on road repairs for each of the last 15 financial years, including the budget for the current year (2019-20), broken down into revenue and capital spend
2. If available, your proposed budget for road repairs for next year, again broken down into revenue and capital
3. An estimate of the total cost of the current backlog of road repairs in your area

1. In accordance with section 10(4)(a) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 please be advised that expenditure figures are only available from 2007/08 onwards. These are shown in the table below along with budget figures for 2019/20.

Please note that these figures are taken from budget headings which include various road maintenance activities e.g. drainage gully cleaning, footway and verge maintenance, so may not be considered by everyone to be ‘”road repairs”.

3. The last Backlog & Steady State report published by SCOTS gave a carriageway maintenance backlog figure of £40.7m for Moray.
