Scottish Community Development Centre have produced a Participation Request Resource pack which aims to help communities understand the legislation and to help them make a constructive participation request around outcomes that will result in improvements for communities and public service agencies.  You may find it useful to signpost communities to this pack as part of the package of support you offer.  The pack also contains information about Participation Requests in a variety of formats including easy read, large print, text for braille, audio clips and a set of narrated presentations with BSL signing and captions which can help PSAs meet the duty to provide information in a variety of formats.  We hope you find it useful.
