FOI Request - Section 114 Closing Orders

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding closing orders.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all Section 114 Closing Orders served within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, whether the work was carried out by the council or by the owner, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the reasons for the closure.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of closing orders under Section 114 Closing Orders each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of maintenance work carried out under Section 42 Maintenance Orders each year since 2013.

This enquiry is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Otherwise Accessible.
