FOI Request - Section 30 Work Notices

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding Work Notices.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all Section 30 Work Notices served within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, whether the work was carried out by the council or by the owner, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the nature of the maintenance to be carried out.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of issued Section 30 Work Notices each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of work carried out under of issued Section 30 Work Notices each year since 2013.

1. Section 30 Works Notices are published on the Council's Environmental Health Registers and Notices, Works Notice Register here. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, however in order to be helpful we can advise that we have not implemented a Section 30 Work Notice in any year since 2013.
