Under the rights prescribed by the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOI(S)A) I would be much obliged if you could provide me with a report regarding the Snow Gate located at A939 Cockbridge Tomintoul, at Lecht Ski Centre (Google maps images provided).
I require to have confirmation of
1. Any complaints (dates and times) made in relation to the Snow Gate in the last 3 years
2. Any maintenance records/checks (dates and times) done to the Snow Gate in the last 3 years
