This enquiry revolves around the compliance of Section 63 reports and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) within your local authority area.

Provisions 13-23 of The Energy Performance of Buildings (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (as amended) deal with enforcement and outline the powers and the responsibilities of the Enforcement Authorities and their officers.
