FOI Request - Pothole Cost and Timescale

I wish to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, that you supply me with:
1. The average Cost of filling in a pothole.
2. Average time scale for filling in a pothole.

1. In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can advise that this information is not held as Moray Council do not identify potholes separately from other carriageway defects, and works instructions may cover the repair of several potholes and/or other carriageway defects.
The average cost of a completed ‘carriageway defect’ works instruction is £ 125.72 (based on instructions issued and completed in 2018-19)

In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can advise that this information is not held as Moray Council do not identify potholes separately from other carriageway defects, and works instructions may cover the repair of several potholes and/or other carriageway defects.
The average time between issue and completion of a ‘carriageway defect’ works instruction is  16.8 days (based on instructions issued and completed in 2018-19)
