1. What date was Universal Credit rolled out in your local authority area?

2. On 22 January 2019, how many Universal Credit Claimants (a) live in local authority housing, (b) how many of these are in rent arrears, and (c) how many of these entered rent arrears after the date Universal Credit was rolled out in your local authority area?

3. What is the i) average ii) most owed per household, broken down by the categories set out in 2(b) and (c)?

Response 20-02-2019

1. Universal Credit "Live" service commenced on 16 November 2015 and "Full" service was rolled out on 27 June 2018.

2. and 3. In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 please be advised that this information is not held. Unless a tenant chooses to advise us they are in receipt of Universal Credit we have no way of knowing.
