I wish to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, that you supply me with:
• The number of potholes reported in 2016.
• The number of potholes reported in 2017.
• The number of potholes reported in 2018.
• The number of potholes reported to date in 2019.
• The number of potholes filled in 2016.
• The number of potholes filled in 2017.
• The number of potholes filled in 2018.
• The number of potholes filled to date in 2019.

Note: It is important to note that these numbers below are for all types of carriageway defects, and not just potholes.  Also the number below are for the number of enquiries and instructions created which could be for more than 1 defect at a time.
