Please may I be provided with the following information:
1. Whether or not the council has paid for the service of any celebrity or local personality to either turn on or appear at the turning on of the Christmas lights in your town over the last two years (celebrities etc paid for this upcoming Christmas 2018, and Christmas 2017)
2. For both years can I be provided with the name of the celebrity/ celebrities
3. The cost of hiring their services
4. The year in which they appeared
5. The amount of money the council spent on Christmas lights (split into a figure for Christmas 2018 and a figure for Christmas 2017)
6. The amount of money the council spent on Christmas trees (split into a figure for Christmas 2018 and a figure for Christmas 2017)
7. The number of Christmas trees for both years
8. The number of units of Christmas lights or the amount in metres of Christmas lights for both years
9. The amount of money spent on other Christmas decorations for the town (split into a figure for Christmas 2018 and a figure for Christmas 2017)
10. What the other decorations were- for each year

2018 The Council has recently paid £18958.80 for Christmas Lights purchased for Buckie and fully funded by the Tesco Developer Contribution which has to be spent by February 2020
