The legal basis/bases for collecting the information is:

• Processing is necessary to comply with the data controller's legal obligations.
• Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (i.e. Moray Council).

• Processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest and is authorised by domestic law proportionate to the aim pursued.

Unable to issue decision relating to unauthorised activity including formal service of Enforcement Notice or similar

2) Cairngorms National Park Authority - consultee, or as decision maker if breach within area of Cairngorms National Park
