Can you give me a breakdown of fines issued for dog fouling for every month of the last two years?

For each month can you tell give me the value of those fines?

For each month can you tell me the how much of total value of those fines has been collected?

For each month and fine, can you tell me how many have been appealed and how many of those appeals have been unsuccessful?

For each month can you tell me if a collection agent has been instructed for unpaid fines?

For each month can you tell me which department in the council issued those fines?

For each month can you release details of internal targets for issuing fines for dog fouling?

Can you tell me if any fines have been issued to council or ALEO employees?

Can you tell me if any fines have been issued to elected members?

Can you release any guidance or training given to employees on dog fouling?

Question 5 – unpaid fines are passed to Payments Section within Council who pursue payment from the offender if necessary by civil process.

Question 6 – all FPN’s are issued by the Community Wardens, Community Safety Team, Environmental Health, Development Services.

Question 7 – there are no internal targets for the issue of FPNs.

Question 8 – employment details are not collected in the issue of a FPN, but none of the above have been knowingly issued to Council employees.

Question 9 – as per Q8 but given the low number of FPN and the low number of elected members I am able to advise that no FPNs were so issued.

Question 10 – Community Wardens received instruction in the issue of FPNs.  There is no material available to release.
