How many accidents involving vehicle, plant and equipment owned by the council were logged by the council in each of the last five complete tax years and so far in the current tax year? Please show an individual figure for each tax year.

For the current tax year, please provide details of each report, including the date, location and a brief summary of the incident and damage suffered, plus how much it cost to put right.
