We are unable to provide a figure for pavement cleaning separately as, although we do employ people to clean pavements as part of their contracted duties, they have other tasks which cannot be separated out from the total cost therefore this information would be exempt under Section 17 of te Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Not Held.
