Bilbohall Masterplan

The Bilbohall Masterplan sets out the shape and form that development will take on land identified for development in the south-west of Elgin in the Moray Local Development Plan 2015 (LDP 2015). The Masterplan and associated appendices (Strategic Flood Risk Assessment Part 1 and Part 2, Preliminary Drainage Strategy and, Strategic Traffic Modelling Report) were approved as Supplementary Guidance to the LDP2015 by the Planning and a Regulatory Services Committee on 13 November 2018, and will be taken into consideration in the determination of planning applications.
