FOI Request Complaints

Under the freedom of information act I would like to request information on the number of complaints regarding public service the council has received by year since 2012. I’m not sure if it would be possible to show what those complaints relate to ie housing, environment etc?

Information for 2011-12 and 2012-13 is not available so is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information not held.
The remaining information requested is previously published on the Moray Council website so is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information otherwise accessible. for ease of use the site links are below:
