FOI Request - Councillors Expenses Information

I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request covering the period since the 2012 local elections.

Could I ask:

1.  How much has been paid to councillors in expenses and what for? Have any councillors used first class travel?
2.  How many meetings have each councillor attended?
3.  How much has the council paid out for refreshments at meetings?
4.  How many councillors have received a warning, a summons or a liability order for failing to pay council tax and which councillors are they?
5.  How many councillors have outstanding fines for parking tickets and which councillors are they?
