1. What procedures has the council required for the handover of public private partnership, private finance initiative and non-profit distributing (PPP/PFI/NPD) projects to verify that the buildings are fit for purpose, safe and legal?

2. Have buildings in your local authority area been self-certified (meaning the contractor is responsible for ensuring the building meets the agreed specifications and complies with all building regulations)?
a) If so, please provide a breakdown of which PPP/PFI/NPD buildings were self-certified in each year since 1999/00.
b) If so, when was the process of self-certification approved by councillors? Please provide a copy of the relevant council paper.

3. Has the local authority received any advice or guidance from the Scottish Government on the use of self-certification for PPP/PFI/NPD buildings? If so, please provide a copy
