Living With Disability and Long-term Conditions

A Moray Council service to provide employment and training support for people who have learning, physical or sensory disabilities or who have or are recovering from mental health difficulties. Whether you are looking for work, need support in work, or want to find out about work schemes and programmes, there is advice and help available.
Services to Help You
- Public toilets and Radar keys - Moray Council provides 32 public toilets throughout Moray, the majority of which have disabled toilets. A Radar key enables access to disabled toilets within Moray and around the country for people with disabilities.
- Someone to speak on your behalf - Circles Network
- Help with your bins - the council provides assisted collections to residents who are unable to place their wheelie bin and recycling boxes at the kerbside for emptying
- Request a Bulky Uplift - a chargeable council serviced for the uplift of items too big for your wheelie bin
