The Children and Young People’s Rights Service

This service is run by Quarriers in partnership with Moray Council.  Quarriers provide an independent and confidential service (confidentiality is not guaranteed where a child may be in danger).

The service promotes, protects, and upholds young people’s rights ensuring their voice is heard and is at the heart of every decision that affects them.
