Town Regeneration
In response to the Single Outcome Agreement, 2020 Strategy and various studies, Moray Council agreed to support the development and delivery of a raft of initiatives for Town Regeneration through finance and staff resources. These include:
- Business Improvement District (BID) for Elgin
- Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme for Keith
- Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme for Elgin
- Forres
- Elgin Plainstones and markets
- Town Centre Regeneration Fund - Moray Towns Together Project
